Listening to Patients

Mr. Arulampalam will be launching an online patient satisfaction survey which will be helpful in improving the level of service that all patients receive. The survey will be a simple online form and a hard copy form will be used also. The survey will be launched in the current quarter. In addition to this a complete set of patient information resources will be available in the same time period.

Shoulder Injury

Mr. Arulampalam is making a good recovery and will be back to intermediate surgery by the end of June and major surgery by the end of July.

Forthcoming events

Tan Arulampalam has been invited to participate in FICARE 2011. The meeting follows on from the successful events in 2007 and 2009 which Tan was invited to. Details of the last meeting and online videos can be found at
